Rashmika Mandanna is tired of constantly being the target of abuse and vitriol online for no reason of her own. She’s posted a lengthy comment about it on Instagram.
Actress Rashmika Mandanna is at last coming out against all the unjustified internet abuse she receives. The actor has posted a lengthy statement on Instagram about how she is frequently harassed and made fun of on social media.
She starts off by saying that she should have dealt with the unfavorable news and trolls years ago. It’s time for me to confront a few issues that have been bothering me for the past several days, weeks, months, or perhaps even years.
Simply speaking for myself, as I should have done a long time ago, is all I can say. I’ve encountered a lot of hate since I started working. a punching bag for many haters and hostility, quite literally,” she added.
“I realize that the life I’ve chosen has a price, and I certainly don’t hope to win everyone over. I am also aware that not everyone enjoys me. That doesn’t mean that just because you don’t like me, you can say bad things about me. The amount of work I put in each day to make you all happy is only known to me.
The happiness you experience as a result of my efforts is what matters most to me. I’m truly doing my best to produce materials that make both you and I proud, she continued.
Rashmika expressed her heartbreak at what others are saying and writing about her. In some cases, what I’ve said in interviews has been used against me. False stories are being circulated online, and they might seriously hurt my relationships with people in or outside of the industry, she stated.
But why the abhorrent negativity and hatred? I’ve heard for a very long time to disregard it. But things have only been worse. I’m not attempting to convert anyone by talking about it. She said, “I don’t want to feel like I have to change who I am in order to not feel disliked.
Rashmika acknowledged that she also values the affection she receives. Now that I’ve stated that, let me acknowledge and express my gratitude to the rest of you for your generosity toward me.
Your everlasting love and support have given me the strength to carry on and the courage to say this. All of those around me, including the employees I’ve already had the pleasure of getting to know, are just people I love. For you, I’ll keep putting forth my best effort. Since making you happy makes me happy, as I said earlier. Be kind to everyone. We’re all doing our best, she said in her post.
The response appears to be in response to the harassment she received for a recent remark she made regarding Kannada song Kantara. Recently, she was seen at an airport, when she was questioned by the press about seeing the movie.
She was bombarded with comments accusing her of disrespecting her seniors and “forgetting her roots” after she responded that she hadn’t so far. Her first film, Kirik Party, was directed by Kantara director-writer Rishab Shetty.
Many celebrities and fans supported her in the comments part of her article. The people who want to be like you are the ones who are loving. Hatred comes from people who can never. You just be you! You are fantastic, Dulquer Salmaan wrote in a comment.
Rashmika last appeared with Amitabh Bachchan in the Hindi film Goodbye. She will appear opposite Shahid Kapoor in a web series and in the movie, Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor.
